Experience in start-up, rapid growth environments, and business systems along with exceptional success in personnel management and employee relations, Nikki held a critical role in the launch of Roc Rigging, Inc., a professional special event rigging company. Currently, she is responsible for the comprehensive duties of bookkeeping and business administration; strategizing and implementing policy of the business and requirements of the industry.

From 1995-2016 Nikki held senior level, Human Resource positions employed as the Director of Human Resources by the Palm Springs Art Museum (2000-2016) and Kirkpatrick Landscaping, Inc. (1995-2000). Representing both of these organization, she was hired by the accounting departments as a payroll specialist, however, with the need of an HR Department mounting, it wasn’t long before her skills and potential were recognized. She was promoted and tasked with spear-heading the original Human Resource Departments for these organizations. Responsibilities included but were not limited to, supervision of up to three employees, HR strategic planning, in-house payroll processing and accounting of over 400 employees, benefit administration, staff recruitment, employee incentive programs, safety compliance and workers compensation claim administration, and field supervisor and management training of policy and HR strategy.

Enjoying family life with her husband of 28 years and two adult children (23) and (19), Nikki is also a dog enthusiast and in her down time, volunteers for local shelters and pet non-profit organizations. She holds a certificate in dog training and canine behavior and enjoys working with her dog owner clients, helping them achieve a happy and harmonious relationship and lifestyle with their canine companions.
